Thanks everyone for the help, your guys made a 90s "kid" happy again! After some messing around I was finally able to install SimCity 3000 Unlimited on my computer, however in order to do so I had to manually copy all the files/folder in the cd to a folder I created on my pc called SimCity 3000 Unlimited(Since for some reason the installer never works on my windows 10 or windows 8.1 machine). Thanks again for the help guys I really appreciated being able to run the game natively on my pc. Is anyone else experiencing this not so critical but yet minor annoying problem? If so is there a fix? The game is finally working and running fine besides the fact that it lags a little bit in certain Menus, for example when I open the pop up of a city adviser (something that never happens when I run the game inside an emulated windows xp virtual machine). Afterwards I followed the suggestions below and used a NO-CD workaround as some of your guys suggested and as a result I was finally able to launch my game on my native pc without emulating an old OS inside Windows 10.
